The great Phoenix windstorm of January 21, 2010,

This was a picture I took at the Viad tower in downtown Phoenix, about 30 minutes before I found out my flight to Seattle was canceled. Just 30 minutes before, I thought it was kind of funny, and typical, that Phoenix was a little over worked about the weather. After my flight got canceled, I didn’t think it was so funny anymore.

• Looks like the California storms just cancelled my flight out. I'm on hold with Southwest Airlines… A 40
  minute hold time! #
• Just got my final and last grade of law school. Now that I've passed, I can finally say for sure I graduated. #
• A tornado warning in Scottsdale, huh? And to think I was here to be a part of all this. #
