		<description>I am not sure what you mean by hand wringing.  The ABA has no idea about how lawyers are using social media, nor do the people on the social committee understand how it works.  I am trying to get the word out to lawyers about what is being proposed so that knowledgeable people can weigh in.  Many states already have onerous requirements, and I don&#039;t want to see more.  And by the way, most solo and small firms don&#039;t have the luxury of having a legal department to call upon to seek ethics advice.</description>
